NGT quashes environmental clearance and orders fast demolition of two luxurious tasks in Bengaluru

A bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel imposed a price of Rs 10 lakh on the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) which allowed development and alteration of stormwater drain passing by the mission web site illegally. The order got here on a petition filed by Bengaluru resident H P Rajanna towards the mission Godrej Reflections being constructed at Kasavanahalli village.

The tribunal mentioned the penalty shall be utilised by making ready a restoration plan by the mentioned authority with the help of the BBMP, state and central air pollution management boards.
