A Pakistani courtroom has ordered the rapid launch of Omar Saeed Sheikh declaring his reference to the kidnapping and homicide of US journalist Daniel Pearl null and void, stated experiences on Thursday.

Omar Saeed Sheikh was one of many terrorists freed by the Indian authorities in 1999 through the change of the hijacked Air India flight and its passengers.

Based on native media experiences, the Sindh Excessive Courtroom declared the detention orders of the accused Omar Sheikh and others in Daniel Pearl murder case as null and void.

The courtroom has ordered rapid launch of Omar Saeed Sheikh and in addition Fahad Naseem, Sheikh Adil and Salman Saqib.
