A candy store proprietor in Mumbai’s Bandra West was pressured to cowl his store signal with newspaper pages after Shiv Sena chief Nitin Nandgaokar wished Karachi dropped from its title, in response to information company ANI.
A video of the change between the 2 was caught on digicam through which Nandgaokar is heard asking the proprietor to alter the phrase ‘Karachi’ to “one thing in Marathi”. “You need to do it, we’re providing you with time. Change ‘Karachi’ to one thing in Marathi,” Nandgaokar is heard saying.

Following the incident, the store lined its title with a newspaper.
Karachi is the biggest metropolis of India’s estranged neighbour Pakistan and the capital of Pakistani province of Sindh.
