Days after a court docket in Kolkata dropped a rape case filed in 2018 in opposition to three leaders of the BJP and a senior chief of the RSS-affiliated Akhil Bhartiya Grahak Panchayat, BJP nationwide normal secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya on Wednesday stated the court docket’s choice proved that the grievance was a part of a “low-cost political case”.

In an order dated November 12, the court docket of Alipore Chief Judicial Justice of the Peace (CJM) stated, “The complainant had did not convey out the passable causes of the inordinate delay of about two years in submitting the petition of grievance, and has thus did not go the check of veracity.”
